The World Council for Indigenous Games (WCIG) is an international non-profit organization committed to the promotion, preservation, and revitalization of indigenous games and traditional sports across the globe. We believe these cultural expressions are not only forms of recreation but powerful vehicles for intergenerational learning, identity, and peacebuilding.
WCIG provides a platform for indigenous communities, practitioners, researchers, and advocates to collaborate, share knowledge, and safeguard ancestral traditions related to games, physical activities, and sporting practices.
