International Valari Federation (IVF)

A Valari is an Indian Traditional martial arts used primarily by the Tamil people of the Indian subcontinent. The Valari is used for protecting every individual from the various defensive activities. Valari are described in the Tamil Sangam which was introduced into India, especially Tamilnadu around later than 3000BC by Tamil Kings. The International Valari Federation (IVF) is the largest international governing body of Valari. It was formed in 2018.
Mission of the IVF
• To promote Valari Sport and Valari Martial Arts internationally and take whatever measures are necessary to this end.
• To represent the interests of its members at International level with regard to the authorities, other Martial Arts Committees, the mass media and the public, in as far as this is not left up to the members.
• To promote Martial Arts contact between all Valari institutions, Valari authorities, Valari teachers, Valari guru, Valari masters and individuals and to promote Valari sport, Valari sport championship, international/national conferences etc.
• IVF will support all country rules and regulations based on the requirement.
• To encourage all Valari individuals, Valari teachers, Valari guru, Valari masters, Valari institutions, Valari authorities, and Valari institutions can connect in professional communication in the field of Valari sport.
