  3. Data Protection Officer has not been appointed at the Institute. In matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Board of Directors of the Foundation via the e-mail address given in para. 2 of this information clause.
  4. Personal data will be processed only for contact purposes for the preparation of a response to the submitted application. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Institute's legitimate interest referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure the response to incoming requests.
  5. The data will be stored for a period of 1 year after the Institute responds to the submitted application.
  6. Data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Institute, including entities (entity) operating IT systems - but such entities process personal data on the basis of a contract with the Institute and only in accordance with its instructions.
  7. Any person providing data has the right to: access to their data, request rectification, deletion and restriction of data processing, as well as to object to data processing.
  8. To exercise the above rights, contact the Institute (contact information indicated above). Each person also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
  9. Provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide personal data, it will not be possible to process your application or make contact.
