Many of today's sports and games have their roots in the 18th and 19th centuries. Their history allows you to get to know the life and culture of that world. Great Britain played an important role, which, being a global power, had a particularly strong impact on sport. Using the dominant role, Great Britain promoted many Western sports according to certain rules, limiting traditional sports and games in regions that it colonized, e.g. in Africa. The publication shows the rules of many sports and games of that period.
